Manly Library is now operating with full 24/7 member access, enabled by Arcus Access venue control integrated with Arcus Flow People Counting.

Arcus Access manages secure, credential-based entry outside staffed hours. Arcus Flow sits alongside it, independently counting every entry and exit with high accuracy. The combination matters.

If a member presents valid credentials and unlocks the door, Arcus Flow tracks exactly how long the door remains open and how many people pass through. If more than one person enters on a single credential, the library team can be alerted. That linkage between door state and verified footfall provides a strong safeguard against credential sharing.

Additional capabilities include:

• Multi-tier access rules with 2FA, allowing some members foyer-only access while others continue into the main library
• Live occupancy counts via the Arcus Flow API, supporting public dashboards and internal monitoring
• Rich, defensible visitor data through the Flow dashboard
