We’re pleased to welcome Ipswich Libraries to Arcus, with a new Arcus Smart & Secure Return Chute recently installed at Central Library.

With its beautiful exposed stainless-steel finish, the new chute looks right at home alongside the library’s existing facilities. It also brings a practical improvement for library members: simple, one-handed returns. No more needing both hands to hold the chute open and return a book!

This installation is the beginning of our partnership with Ipswich Libraries, and a foundation for future improvements with Arcus. It’s a pleasure to work with a team investing in a better experience for their community.

We look forward to building on this first installation and finding more ways to deliver value to the Ipswich community together.
