Adilam has completed the installation and commissioning of new Arcus Smart & Secure Return Chutes at Wyndham City Libraries, with two chutes installed at Point Cook Library and one at Tarneit Library.

The chutes deliver secure, reliable returns while improving accessibility and day-to-day usability for members and staff. Each unit features an attractive custom vinyl finish and custom instructional faceplate incorporating Braille text, supporting inclusive use across the community.

A custom chute body was developed for this project, retaining all the features of Adilam’s standard Arcus Smart & Secure Chutes while allowing installation into an existing wall cut-out left by a previous vendor’s chute. This approach avoided unnecessary building works and delivered a clean, cost-effective upgrade.
